TENANT FIND: 8.4% of rent (inc VAT)

INCLUDES:

  • Market the property and accompany prospective Tenants on Viewings.
  • Internal and external photos and floorplan
  • Negotiate all offers received and secure a holding deposit from a prospective tenant
  • Carry out stringent references of prospective tenants
  • Collect and remit initial months’ rent received
  • Hold the Tenant’s security deposit with the Deposit Protection Service
  • Agree collection of any shortfall and payment method
  • Provide tenant with method of payment
  • Deduct any pre-tenancy invoices

RENT COLLECTION: 10.8% of rent (inc VAT)

  • During void periods or if we are not managing the premises and payable in advance together with the cost of the contractor.

SUPERVISORY FEE 10% (inc VAT)

  • On any maintenance or improvement works that cost over £300

PREPARATION OF DOCUMENTS FOR COUNTY COURT OR DPS £48 (inc VAT)

  • Plus any other reasonable costs and expenses and attendance at court or on your behalf will be charged at £100 (incl VAT) plus our regional costs and expenses.
