I would like to provide some feedback about Laura as she has recently helped me find a property. I have been looking for a house for around 3 weeks and in the process, met with quite a few estate agents but Laura's conduct was exceptionally superior to all the others. She was on time for the viewing waiting for me and was very easy to talk to. She allowed sufficient time for me to view the property peacefully and answered all the questions. Even though when another couple turned up for viewing, she didn't rush me to leave. After the viewing and through the process, she kept me informed of the progress and even agreed for another visit to the property to get some measurements. I am really impressed by the quality of service provided by Laura and hope that you would pass on my gratitude and feedback to her. She' a valuable member of your team.
