On any maintenance or improvement works that cost over £300

PREPARATION OF DOCUMENTS FOR COUNTY COURT OR DPS £48 per hour (inc VAT)

Plus any other reasonable costs and expenses and attendance at court or on your behalf will be charged at £100 per hour (incl VAT) plus our regional costs and expenses.
